Last year, E.P. Homiek Sheet Metal & HVAC Supply expanded our product lines to include York commercial equipment and accessories to provide our customers with a wider variety of HVAC solutions for their applications.
E.P. Homiek offers York packaged air handling units up to 175 tons. Commercial three-phase split systems are available for offices, IT rooms, any anywhere cooling and/or heating is needed. We carry York packaged air-cooled chillers up to 300 tons. Our York dedicated outdoor air systems, or DOAS units, provide 100% outside air, an increasingly popular feature due to the current and necessary push for better building ventilation. York variable refrigerant flow systems, or VRF, allows one condenser and multiple evaporators throughout a building. VRF systems provide a number of advantages over mini-split systems and are often used in office and common areas.
York offers various accessories such as recovery wheels, humidification, upgraded filtration, and packaged control systems that can include controls for a VAV (variable air volume) system. E.P. Homiek’s sheet metal fabrication shop can provide all the custom ductwork needed for your commercial installations – just provide us with your dimensions for guaranteed quick turnaround and accuracy.
